To the office: Enter 438 West State Street from the alley behind mama goose (from Corn Street), and come up to the third floor. You can also access the office by going through Bishop's or Mama Goose during business hours.

 From the Alley:
At the end of the alley is a big yellow and purple yoga mural and to the right of the mural is a door. Enter the door and climb two flights of stairs to my office on the third floor.
From Ithaca:
I'm located in the trendy West End of Ithaca, near Gimme Coffee, Mama Goose Clothing Store, and Felicia's Atomic Lounge. Walk, bike, skate to Corn and W. State, then head north on Corn (toward Seneca St.) and hang a right at the alley.
From points West (T-burg, Watkins Glen, Rochester, Buffalo):
Once you get to Ithaca, head east on West State Street, turn left on Plain St., then turn left on Seneca St. and park in the Bishops / Mama Goose parking lot (just before the Wyllie Dry Cleaner parking lot and Corn St.). Walk across the Dry Cleaner parking lot to Corn Street and then head south (toward State Street) on Corn to the alley. Follow the alley directions above.
From points East (Dryden, Cortland, Syracuse, Utica):
You'll probably enter Ithaca from Dryden on Rt. 13. Follow Rt. 13 to State Street and turn left (onto State Street). Follow the 'From points West' directions above.
From points South (Danby, Candor, Owego):
You'll probably enter Ithaca from Danby on Rt. 96B. Turn left onto Rt. 79 West (Seneca St.) and head west 6 blocks to the Bishops / Mama Goose parking lot (after Plain St., before Corn St.) and walk across the Dry Cleaner parking lot to Corn Street and then head south (toward State Street) on Corn to the alley. Follow the alley directions above.
From points Southeast (Brooktondale, Whitney Point, Binghamton, Albany, NYC, Boston):
You'll probably enter Ithaca from Rt. 79 heading west. Stay on Rt. 79 (it changes from Slaterville Road to State Street to Seneca Street). Head west 6 blocks past Aurora Street to the Bishops / Mama Goose parking lot (after Plain St., before Corn St.) and walk across the Dry Cleaner parking lot to Corn Street and then head south (toward State Street) on Corn to the alley. Follow the alley directions above.
