· Design and build websites for customers, including site registration and setup, email configuration, updates and training
· Software product consultation, determining requirements and finding applicable solutions
· Provided consultation for the DNC host committee on how to effectively use the internet for marketing and communications
   - Sent out over 100 blasts email to lists of up to 25,000 subscribers with daily news and information relating to the host committee’s Celebrate Boston 2004 daily activities
   -Customized Typepad blogs to match the website for the host committee
   -Created web forms for collecting information from volunteers and participants of the convention

· Managed web portal project development and implementation
· Organized five staff members to deliver seven applications via the Internet
· The portal is driven on the Novell Portal Services application. Collaboration is done with Lotus QuickPlace. Reporting is done with Crystal Enterprise. Web email is done with Lotus iNotes. Self Service work request is done with MRO's MAXIMO Self Service web application. The content store for data is on an IIS Server with pages edited with FrontPage.

 · Managed development for a handheld computer inspection system
· Created prototype, database design, usage flow, reports, test plan and documentation
· Logged and tracked programming schedules for two developers
· Rolled the system out to 40 sites; trained over 120 employees on usage of the system
