Pricing

I will put together a proposal, based on your requests and requirements. My hourly rate is $90/hour for website consulting, design, development of HTML, planning, and site maintenance. For MySQL and .php programming projects my hourly rate is $125/hour.

Maintenance (fixing programming bugs) is free with every web site I build. If the bug isn't really a bug, but is more of a new feature, then the above rates apply.

Non-profit organizations receive a 33% discount ($60/hour).
 

I don't have a single rate for a canned website. I can tell you that an 8-10 page website with one form and some custom image work and photo shopping and simple navigation takes about 6 to 10 hours of design and 5 to 10 hours of development. That works out to $990 to $1800 for your site. If you want less pages or simple technology (no scripting) the price can be less.

Domain registration ($20/year) and hosting (as low as $99/year) not included in those dollar amounts.
